School in Australia 6

Students should respect the personal rights of all persons within the College. Behaviour that threatens the physical or emothinal well-being of any member of the College community is unacceptable; this includes offensive language, racism and harassment. The school has a strong harassment policy in line with Victorian Law, which protects against verbal, sexual or physical harassment. Your behaviour and attitude toward other members of the College community will contribute to the level of respect you receive as an individual in return. Students must also ensure that College facilities, equipment and grounds are used appropriately, and that all private and public property is respected.

Serious breaches of the Code of Behaviour will be dealt with under procedures outlined in the department of Education and Employment publication, "Student Discipline Procedures, 1994". All students receive a copy of the "Senior Student Code of Conduct".
